Job summary

Randstad, in partnership with ALPA, seeks an Employment Service Case Manager to support Yolŋu and First Nations participants in remote Northern Territory communities. You will resolve barriers, co-design pathways, obtain IDs, and provide post-placement support across RAES programs.

Experience in remote Indigenous settings and proficiency with ECSN/ESS and Microsoft Office are essential. Willingness to travel by air or off-road transport is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Employment Consultant or Case Manager in RAES/CDP frameworks.
• Proven remote Indigenous/community experience and cross-cultural communication.
• Proficient in ECSN/ESS and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel by light aircraft or unsealed roads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized support and co-design employment goals.
• Identify roadblocks and implement practical solutions with participants.
• Manage ECSN/ESS database entries, rosters, site logistics, and performance metrics.
• Guide candidates into local jobs for long-term retention.
• Respect local cultural practices and maintain safety in daily work.
