Zusammenfassung

Randstad Pty seeks an Employment Service Case Manager to work with Yolŋu and local First Nations participants on country, delivering tailored employment pathways and post-placement support. You will report to the Site Manager and operate within the RAES program across remote communities.

You will coordinate with teams, maintain ECSN/ESS data, and ensure safe, respectful engagement with local cultures while supporting participants to achieve sustainable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Employment Consultant or Case Manager in RAES or CDP frameworks.
• Experience living/working in remote Indigenous communities with cross-cultural communication.
• Proficiency with ECSN/ESS and MS Office

Aufgaben

• Deliver individualized support and co-design realistic employment goals with participants.
• Identify roadblocks and implement practical, hands-on solutions with clients.
• Manage ECSN/ESS database entries, staff rosters, site logistics and performance metrics.
• Provide guidance to candidates transitioning into local jobs to support long-term retention.
• Respect local cultural practices and uphold workplace safety in daily decisions.
