Job summary

Randstad Pty seeks an Employment Service Case Manager to work with Yolŋu and local First Nations participants on country, delivering tailored employment pathways and post-placement support. You will report to the Site Manager and operate within the RAES program across remote communities.

You will coordinate with teams, maintain ECSN/ESS data, and ensure safe, respectful engagement with local cultures while supporting participants to achieve sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience as Employment Consultant or Case Manager in RAES or CDP frameworks.
• Experience living/working in remote Indigenous communities with cross-cultural communication.
• Proficiency with ECSN/ESS and MS Office

About the Role

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will work on the frontlines of the Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES) program. You will empower Yolŋu and local First Nations participants by resolving personal barriers, obtaining key ID, co-designing tailored employment pathways, and delivering post-placement support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized support, assist participants with personal ID, and co-design realistic goals to guide their employment journey.
• Work side-by-side with participants to identify employment roadblocks and implement practical, hands-on solutions.
• Manage ECSN/ESS database entries, maintain staff rosters, handle site logistics, and compile accurate weekly/monthly performance metrics.
• Provide ongoing guidance to candidates transitioning into local jobs to ensure long-term retention.
• Embed deep respect for local cultural practices and family structures into every daily decision while championing workplace safety.

What You Will Bring

• Solid background as an Employment Consultant, Case Manager, Activity Coordinator, or Site Manager within RAES or CDP frameworks.
• Proven experience living or working in remote Indigenous communities with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
• Competence using employment service software (ECSN/ESS) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel via light aircraft or unsealed roads and thrive in isolated community environments.
