You will travel frequently to remote communities by 4WD or light aircraft and adapt to remote living conditions to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Educational background in human, social, or community services.
• Experience in roles like Employment Consultant, Site Manager, or Activity Coordinator within RAES/CDP.
• Ability to communicate across education levels and cultural backgrounds.
• Respect for First Nations communities' heritage and aspirations.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical relief for Site Managers, Employment Consultants, Activity Coordinators, and Project Coordinators.
• Support the RAES program delivery across Arnhem Land communities.
• Travel frequently to ALPA communities by 4WD or light aircraft.
• Adapt to remote living conditions and manage logistics and engagement.
• Maintain clear communication and uphold safety standards.
