• Experience supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Contact Center.
• Strong Power Platform skills (Power Apps, Power Automate) and integrations.
• L2/L3 support with strong troubleshooting and incident response.
• Understanding of case management, unified routing and D365 configuration.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ISM, Essential 8, NIST standards (desirable).
• Australian Citizenship required; security clearance highly regarded.
