Job summary

Randstad in Melbourne is seeking a D365 Developer to design, develop, and deliver digital solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Customer Insights/Journeys. You will work closely with Marketing and Business teams to implement hands-on D365 development and Power Platform solutions.

You will lead vendor engagement, support stakeholders with technical guidance, and oversee governance, testing, and deployment across Dev, UAT, and Production environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on D365 development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments.
• Power Apps & Power Platform exposure and usage.
• Experience with SharePoint Online and M365 collaboration tools.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on D365 development across the Dynamics 365 suite and Customer Insights/Journeys.
• Lead vendor engagement with external partners to deliver platform enhancements.
• Drive stakeholder engagement by providing technical guidance and training to internal teams.
• Oversee governance, testing, and deployment cycles across Dev, UAT, and Production.
