Job summary

Fujitsu in Melbourne is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement Functional Consultant to deliver functional consulting, configuration, and ongoing service improvement for Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform. A strong focus on Power Pages portals for customers and partners is included.

You will work with senior consultants, architects and clients to design and implement secure, data-driven portals and solutions, with a hybrid work model in Australia.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in business applications, CRM, digital portals, business analysis or functional consulting.
• Practical experience delivering and supporting Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform or comparable CRM/portal solutions.
• Hands-on Power Pages experience creating or maintaining data-driven external-facing sites.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting customer journeys, facilitating workshops and fitting gaps.
• Experience configuring Dataverse, model-driven apps, forms, views, business rules and Power Automate.
• Exposure to canvas apps, AI agents and Power BI is advantageous where relevant.
• Experience with portal authentication, web roles, table permissions, data security and external-user access desirable.
• Experience providing ongoing support for existing solutions, including incident and service requests.
• Relevant tertiary qualification preferred; Microsoft certifications are valuable.
• Experience with Agile and ITIL delivery frameworks is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and design CE, Power Platform, and Power Pages solutions.
• Configure and implement Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related low-code solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain secure, accessible customer and partner portal experiences, including data models, security, integrations, and workflows.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and project teams to deliver scalable solutions and drive platform improvement.
• Support solution testing, deployment, release management, training and adoption activities to ensure outcomes.
• Provide operational support, incident resolution, and enhancement services while maintaining governance and security standards.
• Develop and maintain solution documentation, including requirements, designs, test artefacts, release notes and support materials.
• Build trusted customer relationships and contribute to business development and reusable assets.
