Job summary

Whizdom is seeking a talented Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform professional to join a high‑performing team delivering business‑critical CRM and automation solutions in Sydney.

You will manage and optimize Dynamics 365 CE, build Power Automate workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and adoption across sales, service and insights journeys. This contract offers a competitive daily rate and growth opportunities within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.
• Experience across Sales, Customer Service and Customer Insights Journeys.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations, data migrations and data management.
• Strong understanding of business rules, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience supporting and training business users.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including security roles, permissions and user access
• Provide support, troubleshooting and ongoing platform maintenance
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify process improvement opportunities
• Design and develop workflows across lead management, sales pipelines and customer service functions
• Deliver Dynamics 365 CE enhancements and projects from requirements through to implementation
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with third-party applications and business systems
• Support UAT, smoke testing and solution deployment activities
• Build and enhance Power Automate workflows and business processes
• Manage Power Platform solutions across development, test and production environments
• Maintain technical documentation and support continuous platform improvement
