Sydney Lifeline Australia is seeking an In-Shift Support – Digital – Remote Supervisor to join its Digital Services ecosystem. The role focuses on monitoring and coordinating Crisis Supporters across the Lifeline network during shifts to ensure service quality and safety.

Key duties include real-time support, initial debriefing after difficult interactions, mandatory reporting, and using instant messaging to guide on-duty CS.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a 24/7 roster including weekends and late night/overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time practice support and feedback to Crisis Supporters located across the Lifeline network.
• Provide initial debriefing for CS following difficult and high-risk interactions.
• Complete emergency interventions and mandatory reporting requirements.
• Proactively use instant messaging to provide support and direction to CS on duty.
