HackLabs, an Australian Cyber Security MSSP, is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to grow their 24/7 managed services across Australia. You will target mid-market to enterprise organisations and translate complex cyber capabilities into clear business outcomes.

You will engage with CISOs and CIOs, work with a senior delivery team, and help shape a market-leading security practice. This remote-based, full-time role offers hybrid flexibility and strong earning potential

Qualifications

• Several years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3+ years selling Cyber Security Managed Services (MSSP, Managed SOC, SIEM, MDR, or EDR).
• The "Hunter" mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding net-new revenue targets.
• Cyber security fluency with ability to discuss threat detection, incident response, and security operations.
• Executive presence with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for C-suite chats.
• Local market expertise across Australia is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue Growth: Execute end-to-end sales cycle for cyber managed services from prospecting to closing multi-year contracts.
• Consultative Selling: Engage with C-level executives to align managed services with business goals.
• Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work with SOC and technical leaders to scope tailored solutions and proposals.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of cyber threat landscape in Australia to identify market needs.
