Job summary

Netcraft in Melbourne is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join our APAC sales team. You’ll identify target accounts, mine contacts, craft multi‑channel outreach, and qualify opportunities for the sales team, working closely with Account Executives and Marketing. This hybrid Melbourne role requires 1–2 years in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity, strong communication, and resilience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a sales development role, ideally B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
• Experience prospecting into complex, large enterprise organisations and APAC markets.

Responsibilities

• Mine and research new contacts and target accounts to build a high-quality pipeline.
• Make outbound calls and emails to book meetings and qualify opportunities.
• Generate qualified opportunities through multi‑channel prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calls, events).
• Book discovery meetings for Account Executives and support account research and context.
