Job summary

Webuild S.p.A. seeks a Commercial Document Controller to support the head contract team within the FGJV Commercial Department on the Snowy 2.0 project in NSW, Australia.

The role requires 1–3 years in document control, proficiency with EDMS, and strong communication, time management, and attention to detail. Familiarity with Docusign and MS Office is advantageous. Candidates should be ready to operate in a remote challenging environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in Document Control, preferably construction.
• Experience with EDMS systems and document workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail and good time management.

Responsibilities

• Undertake Document Control activities for the FGJV department.
• Undertake quality control of all submittals of FGJV Documentation.
• Quality control checks of documents received from the Employer (SHL).
• Ensure best-practice turnaround of documentation is achieved and maintained.
• Reduce metadata errors through rigorous quality checks.
