Job summary

Future Generation Joint Venture, in NSW, requires a Document Controller to ensure document control compliance and support the head contract Commercial Department. The role supports the Snowy 2.0 project in remote NSW locations.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in Document Control, strong MS Office and EDMS skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach to QA and submittal reviews.

Qualifications

• Recognised tertiary qualifications within a relevant field of study, preferred but not essential
• White Card

Responsibilities

• Undertake Document Control activities for the department.
• Undertake quality control of all submittals of FGJV Documentation.
• Undertake quality control checks of all documents received from the Employer (SHL).
• Ensure that best-practice turnaround of documentation is achieved and maintained.
• Reduction of metadata errors through comprehensive quality control checks.
