Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in Document Control, preferably in the construction industry.
• Experience with EDMS systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and good time management.

Responsibilities

• Undertake Document Control activities for the department.
• Undertake quality control of all submittals of FGJV Documentation.
• Undertake quality control checks of all documents received from the Employer (SHL).
• Ensure best-practice turnaround of documentation is achieved and maintained.
• Reduction of metadata errors through comprehensive quality control checks.
