GR Engineering Services Limited in Ascot (Perth) or Brisbane CBD is seeking experienced Document Controllers to oversee document deliverables, maintain the document management system, and support project teams on multiple projects.

You will ensure accurate records, assist with distribution, and collaborate with stakeholders across full project lifecycles. This role requires 3+ years in document control and knowledge of EDM systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Document Control role within an engineering consultancy.
• Experience with vendor documents is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of electronic document management systems and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain project deliverables in the document management system.
• Perform QA/QC checks to meet client requirements and company standards.
• Ensure controlled distribution per DRF and company procedures.
• Provide project team support and generate document status reports.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective information exchange.
