Job summary

Select Aust Sydney is seeking an experienced Client Support Officer for a part-time, 20-hour-per-week, fully remote role. You will provide day-to-day client support, user assistance and online training to help clients maximise the software platform.

The ideal candidate has background in customer service or help desk, and a qualification in accounting or finance is essential. The position offers flexible hours, no office commute, and a pro-rata salary of $80,000–$95,000 plus super.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, client support, technical support, administration or help desk support.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Experience working with accountants or accounting professionals, or a qualification in accounting or finance is essential.
