Be the first point of contact for our clients - answering calls and emails and welcoming them to the office.
Support one adviser directly with diary management, meeting preparation and follow-up.
Keep client records accurate and up to date in our CRM.
Prepare documents, lodge paperwork with super funds, insurers and platforms, and track it through to completion.
Celebrate the wins with our clients along the way.
20–24 hours per week, with genuine flexibility on days and times.
Full training - no experience required, just the right mindset.
One-on-one support from the adviser you’ll work with.
