Responsibilities

Provide professional, warm, and concise client communications within the Assetara workspace.
Deliver scheduled client calls, review portfolio context in advance, and assist clients with platform navigation while complying with rules.
Prioritize unread client threads, manage SLA compliance, and conduct authorized proactive outreach to clients.
Maintain accurate, timely client notes within the CRM without copying unnecessary personal data.
Identify and elevate red flags, complaints, security incidents, or matters outside authorized boundaries per compliance rules.
