Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Client Support Officer for a fully remote, part-time role across Australia. You will handle day-to-day customer support, user assistance and administration, while delivering online training to clients and helping them maximise the software platform.

The ideal candidate enjoys problem solving, relationship building and working independently, with experience in customer service or support and a background in accounting or finance is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, client support, technical support, administration or help desk support.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Experience working with accountants or accounting professionals, or a qualification in accounting or finance is essential.

• Providing timely and effective client and customer support.
• Responding to user queries and providing clear solutions.
• Delivering and assisting with online client training.
• Supporting clients with the use of the software platform.
