Job summary

Elevate Recruitment is assisting a leading adventure travel company to appoint a Business Development Manager in Sydney with flexible work options. You will nurture agent relationships, train partners and drive growth across NSW with occasional travel to Canberra, Newcastle, Orange and Dubbo.

You will report to the Head Of Sales, develop new agency partnerships, and lead training initiatives while delivering strong sales performance and customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with travel agents and understanding the travel industry.
• Proven ability to manage NSW area with Sydney focus and occasional travel.
• Confident, articulate communicator with training delivery skills.
• Experience setting up and maintaining agents within an in-house CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the agent network and relationships through product training and calls.
• Support head office strategy for developing new agency partnerships.
• Deliver online and face-to-face training to the agent network.
• Participate in shop visits and events to meet KPIs.
