Job summary

Elevate Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager to own and grow our agent network across Victoria with travel to regional and metro areas. The role combines training delivery, relationship management and strategic support to head office initiatives.

You will train agents, manage CRM and perform visits to meet KPIs while enjoying a generous base salary, a $12k car allowance, and an OTE up to $137k, with work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with travel agents and the travel industry.
• Victoria-based with focus on Melbourne and surrounding areas; travel to regional/metro as needed.
• Confident and articulate verbal and written skills.
• Delivery of online and face-to-face training to their agent network.
• Shop visits as per KPIs.
• Setup & maintenance of agents within in-house CRM.
• Attendance to functions and events as required.
• Passion for travel and adventure travel.

Business Development Manager - Base salary $80k to $110k (DOE), + Super, $12K car allowance - OTE UP TO $137K - WORK FROM HOME (Melbourne based with travel to regional & metro areas) -Have you ever wanted to work for an adventure travel company as the Business Development Manager?
