The role offers full remote work from home with travel to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or client management within technical industries.
• Ability to translate technical service capability into commercial growth.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand MSS’s footprint across key sectors.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships focusing on technical contracting and workforce solutions.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities by understanding client challenges and regional market needs.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to tailor client solutions to requirements.
• Maintain client engagement through site visits and proactive service delivery; expand existing accounts.
• Track sales performance, manage CRM/ATS data, and forecast opportunities.
