Job summary

LaserBond is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager for mining, minerals processing and pump applications. You will win new business, build strategic accounts and partner with OEMs and engineers to deliver wear-protection and remanufacturing solutions.

The role is remote and can operate from anywhere on the east coast of Australia, with a preference for candidates in Makay QLD or Hunter Valley NSW regions. Expect travel across Australia to foster major opportunities.

Qualifications

• Commercially driven business development experience in mining, pumps or heavy industry.
• Proven ability to win complex opportunities and grow multi-site accounts.
• Strong in relationship building, negotiation and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Understanding of industrial equipment reliability and maintenance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business across mining, minerals processing, pumps and fluid transfer.
• Develop and manage strategic accounts and key customer relationships.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to translate opportunities into profitable solutions.
• Negotiate commercial terms, build value propositions and sustainable revenue.
• Travel regularly across Australia to cover opportunities and customers.
