Job summary

SOCRadar is seeking a Channel Alliances Manager to lead our Australia channel program. You will develop regional strategy, recruit and onboard partners, and drive revenue with MSSPs, MSPs, VARs, and distributors.

As the primary liaison to partners, you will enable partners with sales and technical resources, monitor performance, and ensure program compliance. This is a remote-ready role with a focus on rapid growth in the APAC region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Channel Sales or Partner Management role, preferably in cybersecurity or threat intelligence.
• Strong understanding of MSSPs, MSPs, VARs, and distributors.
• Experience driving channel pipeline growth and meeting revenue targets.
• Ability to develop regional GTM strategies.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional channel strategy aligned with SOCRadar's global channel playbook.
• Build and maintain partner relationships ensuring alignment with contracts and compliance.
• Identify and onboard new partners and align on technical/sales enablement with Technical Account Managers.
• Drive MSSP revenue growth and 30% net expansion in existing MSSPs and generate new MSSP business.
• Ensure partners are developing enough pipeline to meet regional sales targets.
• Track partner performance and collaborate on business plans using GTM metrics.
• Resolve partner-related disputes to maintain strong relationships and program compliance.
