Qualifications

• Experience in office administration or processing submissions preferred.
• Strong written communication and careful file handling.
• Ability to verify documents and update records accurately.
• Familiarity with privacy guidelines and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Verify attached documents and ensure they are linked to the correct application.
• Check for missing or unreadable files and flag for follow-up.
