Job summary

Brilliant Harvest Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Representative to bridge advanced technology and agricultural operations. You’ll be the link between farmers and dealers, helping adoption and training for our conversational AI platform.

You’ll train users, create tutorials, and deliver demos—in-person and online—while gathering field feedback to improve the product and support ongoing growth with key accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience working at a farm equipment dealership, agriculture software company, or in ag-tech sales/support.
• Ability to relate to dealers and farmers and understand day-to-day realities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident and approachable.
• Experience leading content creation of tutorials, product videos, or documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a go-to resource for dealer and farmer users—trained and supported and seeing value.
• Help users adopt and expand dealerships’ use of the platform.
• Create release notes, video tutorials, and training content to drive product utilization.
• Deliver product demos and onboarding sessions in person and online.
• Gather feedback from the field to inform product improvements and bugs.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to ensure retention and growth within key accounts.
• Track usage metrics and build strategies to drive deeper engagement.
