Trustana is seeking a Customer Success Representative (AI & Data) to work with Australian customers remotely. You will guide onboarding, understand how clients manage product data today, and help them improve workflows.

You’ll also explore simple use cases to show how better data can boost search, content, and automation. You’ll engage with global customers, drive adoption, renewals, and identify growth opportunities while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Customer Success or similar in B2B SaaS.
• Onboarding, adoption, and customer outcomes focus.
• Comfortable with data, e.g., spreadsheets and product catalogs.
• Curious and proactive; open to AI tools.
• Strong communication and ability to simplify complex ideas.

• Build simple proof-of-concept use cases to demonstrate value.
