The Semios Group is seeking a Customer Success Representative for Agworld to support growers, agronomists, and farm operations across the region. You will drive product adoption, renewals, and value realization of the Agworld platform.

You will deliver onboarding, training, and proactive engagement via phone, chat, and email, while collaborating with sales and product teams to ensure customer success and retention.

• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Prioritise customer renewals and overdue renewals.

• Onboard new clients and provide training for successful implementation.
