Weploy in Melbourne is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth by opening doors and winning new clients. You’ll navigate complex sales cycles and deliver staffing solutions that make an impact, building long-term relationships with mid-enterprise customers.

You’ll operate in a fully remote role with Melbourne-based preference, owning your patch across states and delivering measurable revenue growth in a fast‑growing tech-enabled recruitment business.

Formación

• Must have proven sales background and success in opening new accounts.
• Ability to identify and pursue key stakeholders to win clients.
• Strong relationship-building skills with mid-enterprise prospects.
• Comfort with fast-paced, growth-focused startup environments.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, target and secure new clients within Weploy’s ICP.
• Prospect, hunt and identify key stakeholders to discuss benefits of Weploy.
• Tailor approach to client needs and provide staffing solutions.
• Build and nurture long-term partnerships with mid-enterprise clients.
• Own your patch and travel to build in-person client relationships across states.
• Proactively build your pipeline from ground up and convert opportunities.
