Job summary

Bendigo Bank is hiring a permanent, full-time Relief Customer Advisor across the Melbourne Western Region (Sunshine). You will help customers with transactions, educate on online platforms, and advise on products and services to meet needs. Travel between branches is required with relief allowances.

You’ll deliver strong customer service, adapt to changing branches, and act as a brand ambassador while supporting risk-aware processes.
