Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environment and the ability to achieve targets.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset.
• Confidence to communicate with customers face to face and over the phone.
• Drive for collaboration and working with others to reach goals.
• Experience in banking and finance is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Exploring customers' needs through in-depth conversations to help them achieve their financial goals and partnering with different specialists within the branch.
• Keeping up with constant change and supporting customers with digital literacy and online banking.
• Being the face of the branch and customer service, handling transactions, cash, queries and paperwork with risk considerations.
• Engaging in on-the-job training and external development opportunities to grow your career.
• Supporting customers, giving back and helping communities while having fun.
