Job summary

HenderCare Adelaide is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow aged care and disability services across the region through business development and stakeholder engagement.

You will build referral pathways with hospitals, GPs, allied health providers and community organisations, manage a pipeline of clients, and represent HenderCare at events. This full-time role reports to the Executive Director of Operations and requires a tertiary qualification or 3 years in BD, plus a current driver’s license.

HenderCare is looking for a Relationship Manager who can turn opportunities into lasting partnerships. In this full-time role, you’ll grow our aged care and disability services across Adelaide through business development and stakeholder engagement.

About The Role

Reporting to the Executive Director of Operations, you’ll build referral pathways with hospitals, GPs, allied health providers, support coordinators and community organisations. You’ll also connect with prospective clients and families, understand their needs and work with our teams to make onboarding straightforward.

• Develop partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
• Grow a pipeline of aged care and NDIS clients.
• Represent HenderCare at presentations, expos and networking events.
• Track leads, conversions and results against agreed targets.

Our Ideal Candidate

You’re a confident communicator who enjoys meeting people, spotting opportunities and following them through.

You Will Bring

• Relevant tertiary qualification or at least three years’ experience in business development or sales, ideally in aged care, disability, health or community services
• You’ll have strong business development and stakeholder engagement skills,
• A current driver’s licence is required.
• Experience preparing tender submissions and written responses to selection criteria would be an advantage.
