  • Prior experience recruiting for nurses and hospital cleaners will be highly regarded.
  • Confidence in engaging with candidates directly and building rapport over the phone.
  • Enusring candidates meet the compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience using recruitment systems and maintaining accurate data.

About The Role

As a Resourcing Specialist, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process within HenderCare for a variery of our feild worker roles inculding nurses, hospital cleaners, and personal care workers. You’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience while building strong talent pipelines to support our growing workforce needs.
