HenderCare is expanding its team and seeks a Resourcing Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment, focusing on youth and support workers. You will partner with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless experience, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring alignment with care standards.

You will build strong candidate pipelines, screen and interview effectively, and facilitate onboarding with HR and compliance teams to support our growing workforce.

About The Role

As a Resourcing Specialist, you'll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment within focusing on the recruitment and onboarding of youth and support workers. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience, while building strong talent out on the field to support our growing workforce needs.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a range of roles across our organisation.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist applicants.
• Facilitate regular assessment centres.
• Maintain accurate records in our recruitment systems.
• Collaborate with HR and compliance teams and other internal stakeholders to support onboarding, training bookings and documentation.

You Will Bring

• Previous experience in recruitment (agency, internal, or employment/job services)
• Confidence picking up the phone and engaging with candidates directly
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and approachable manner
• Ability to stay organised, responsive, and manage competing priorities effectively
• Experience using recruitment systems and maintaining accurate data
