HenderCare in Perth is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow our aged care and disability services across the region through business development and stakeholder engagement.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Operations, you will build referral pathways with hospitals, GPs, allied health providers and community organisations, manage a pipeline of clients, and represent HenderCare at events.

HenderCare is looking for a Relationship Manager who can turn opportunities into lasting partnerships. In this full-time role, you’ll grow our aged care and disability services across Perth through business development and stakeholder engagement.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Operations, you’ll build referral pathways with hospitals, GPs, allied health providers, support coordinators and community organisations. You’ll also connect with prospective clients and families, understand their needs and work with our teams to make onboarding straightforward.
You’re a confident communicator who enjoys meeting people, spotting opportunities and following them through.
