About The Role

As a Resourcing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment within focusing on the recruitment and onboarding of youth and support workers. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience, while building strong talent out on the field to support our growing workforce needs.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a range of roles across our organisation.


• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.


• Screen, interview, and shortlist applicants.


• Facilitate regular assessment centres.


• Maintain accurate records in our recruitment systems.


• Collaborate with HR and compliance teams and other internal stakeholders to support onboarding, training bookings and documentation.

You Will Bring

• Previous experience in recruitment (agency, internal, or employment/job services)


• Confidence picking up the phone and engaging with candidates directly


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and approachable manner


• Ability to stay organised, responsive, and manage competing priorities effectively


• Experience using recruitment systems and maintaining accurate data
