As the Client Support Partner, you will coordinate the service delivery and be responsible for supporting the needs of our Aged Care clients subscribed to HenderCare's Support at Home Packages. You will plan, implement, and manage all aspects of our Packages as advised by the client to ensure the service delivery meets their expectations and the expectations of relevant stakeholders.
With your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you will liaise with a diverse range of participants, their families, service providers, internal and external stakeholders to ensure your support meets expectations.
Your keen attention to detail will allow you to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines while consistently demonstrating a commitment to high-quality service delivery. You will harness your problem-solving skills, sound judgement, and initiative to effectively present recommendations for the client, based on their needs and advice.
