Job summary

Fresh Hope Communities is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver holistic care prioritising health, wellbeing and community connection for residents in NSW. You will work across shifts in Coffs Harbour, including nights, with higher hourly rates and salary packaging benefits.

The role requires current AHPRA registration, leadership of care staff, and strong clinical assessment skills to support care delivery under our clinical framework. Training and uniform are provided.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA or equivalent registration.
• Knowledge of legislation, regulations and best practice in aged care.
• Ability to lead a team of care staff.
• Clinical assessment and care planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Higher hourly rates $52.54 - $58.94 plus the benefit of salary packaging

Your Contribution

• Providethe highest standard of care for residents in accordance with the AgedCare Standards and Aged Care Act
• Delivercomprehensive care and individual case management to residents accordingto the organisational clinical framework and care model.
• effective delivery of the nursing process through the effective residententry, assessment, care planning and delivery, evaluation and exit byrecognised professional standards.
• Lead andcoordinate care staff to effectively deliver residents care, everydayactivities, administration of medication and interventions that promote overallresident well-being and meaningful engagement
• Coachthe care staff to enable them to deliver high quality care, develop skillsand knowledge gaps.
• with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic person-centeredapproach
• Buildpositive relationships with Residents, families, and other staff members

The Essentials

• Currentregistration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency(AHPRA).
