Thetops is seeking a Registered Nurse in New South Wales to deliver holistic care for residents, prioritising health, wellbeing, and community connection to support changing needs.

You will lead a care team, coordinate assessment, care planning and medication administration, and liaise with a multidisciplinary team to ensure best practice and meaningful resident engagement. Higher hourly rates (52.54–58.94 AUD), salary packaging, ongoing training and uniform provided.

Qualifikationen

• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Knowledge of aged care legislation and evidence-based best practice.
• Ability to lead a team of Care Staff.
• Clinical assessment and care delivery planning.

• Provide the highest standard of care for residents in accordance with the Aged Care Standards and Aged Care Act.
• Deliver comprehensive care and individual case management to residents according to the organisational clinical framework.

Your Contribution

• Providethe highest standard of care for residents in accordance with the AgedCare Standards and Aged Care Act
• Delivercomprehensive care and individual case management to residents accordingto the organisational clinical framework and care model.
• Ensureeffective delivery of the nursing process through the effective residententry, assessment, care planning and delivery, evaluation and exit byrecognised professional standards.
• Lead andcoordinate care staff to effectively deliver residents care, everydayactivities, administration of medication and interventions that promote overallresident well-being and meaningful engagement
• Coachthe care staff to enable them to deliver high quality care, develop skillsand knowledge gaps.
• Liaisewith a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic person-centeredapproach
• Buildpositive relationships with Residents, families, and other staff members

The Essentials

• Currentregistration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency(AHPRA).
