Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our NSW aged care team in a part-time capacity. You will deliver clinical care, supervise Personal Care Workers, and contribute to comprehensive care plans for residents at our Grafton home.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ongoing documentation, and adherence to safety and care standards. We welcome both new graduates and experienced aged care nurses.

Formación

• Must hold a nursing degree and be AHPRA registered.
• Open to new graduates or experienced aged care RNs.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents of our 61-bed Grafton aged care home.
• Provide supervision and direction to Personal Care Workers.
• Formulate, review and update care plans.
• Analyse assessment results to determine care needs.
• Complete documentation and progress notes reflecting residents’ care.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

• Permanent part-time role working four shifts a fortnight with the potential to pick up more
• Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents of our 61-bed Grafton aged care home

What you’ll need to succeed

• Degree as a Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for providing care to the elderly
• Motivated, personable, reliable, transparent and with a sense of ownership
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
• Current working rights in Australia (sponsorship will not be offered)
