Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group in Mosman, NSW, is seeking a casual Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality clinical care at Sirius Cove, a 41-bed aged care home with one of Sydney's best views.

You will formulate, review and update care plans, analyse assessment results to determine care needs, and complete comprehensive documentation and progress notes reflecting residents' care. Supervise Personal Care Workers and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for holistic care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration.
• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in residential aged care.
• Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree as a Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration
• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in residential aged care
• Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts
• Motivated, personable, reliable, transparent and with a sense of ownership
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain) and working rights in Australia
