Job summary

Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group in NSW is seeking a Registered Nurse for a casual role at our 95-bed Fairfield aged care home. Deliver high-quality clinical care, formulate and review care plans, and ensure thorough documentation.

You will assess residents, guide Personal Care Workers, and work with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care. Requires RN with AHPRA, experience in aged care, and Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in residential aged care.
• Willing to obtain vaccinations and checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, review and update resident care plans.
• Analyse assessment results to determine care needs.
• Complete documentation and progress notes reflecting residents’ care.
• Provide supervision and direction to Personal Care Workers.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Degree as a Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration
• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in residential aged care
• Motivated, personable, reliable, transparent and with a sense of ownership
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
• Working rights in Australia (sponsorship will not be offered)
