Job summary

Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is seeking a Part-time Registered Nurse to join the Lane Cove facility. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive clinical care to residents and supervising care staff.

You will form and review care plans, assess needs, and document progress while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic resident care. Opportunities for ongoing training and development are available within a supportive environment.

The fantastic opportunity

• Permanent part-time role working three shifts a week, with the opportunity to pick up more
• Contract position until 29th January 2027 with potential for extension
• Morning, afternoon and night shifts available, predominantly on weekdays
• Deliver high-quality clinical care to the residents of our 46-bed Caroline Chisholm aged care home in Lane Cove
• Provide supervision and direction to Personal Care Workers
• Formulate, review and update care plans
• Analyse assessment results to determine care needs
• Complete comprehensive documentation and progress notes that reflect residents’ care
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care

What you’ll need to succeed

• Degree as a Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration
• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in residential aged care in Australia
• Motivated, personable, reliable, transparent and with a sense of ownership
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
• Working rights in Australia (sponsorship will not be offered)
