Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality clinical care at our 87-bed Lyneham aged care home. This permanent part-time role offers 48 hours per fortnight with morning, afternoon and night shifts.

You will supervise an Enrolled Nurse and Personal Care Workers, formulate and review care plans, analyse assessments, and maintain comprehensive progress notes while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration.
• Experience as RN in residential aged care in Australia.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain).
• Working rights in Australia (sponsorship will not be offered).

What you’ll need to succeed

• Degree as a Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration
• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in residential aged care in Australia
