Job summary

Hall & Prior Health and Aged Care Group is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for its Sirius Cove aged care home in Mosman. You will provide clinical leadership, mentor the MDT, and drive continuous improvement to ensure exceptional care and redirection of services.

Join a team supported by the Director of Nursing and NSW Resource Team. You’ll contribute to accreditation, engage with residents and families, and uphold high standards of person-centered care in a premier Sydney location.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration and experience as a Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse Manager in residential aged care.
• Nurturing, influential and respectful leader who mentors staff and reinforces best practice.
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards with proven compliance track record.
• Calm, composed, and positive team player with a commitment to person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and mentor multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality care.
• Oversee clinical data collection, review indicators, and support continuous improvement to maintain accreditation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents and families, addressing feedback and delivering excellent service.
• Ensure safe, effective, and high-quality care across the aged care home.
• Contribute to clinical risk and medication advisory meetings to support best practice.

• Clinical responsibility of our stable and homely 41-bed Sirius S Cove aged care home in Mosman
• Provide sound clinical leadership; mentor and support the multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality care
• Oversee data collection, review clinical indicators and support the introduction of continuous improvement initiatives to maintain accreditation compliance
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with residents and their families, address feedback and deliver exceptional customer service
• Uphold an environment where safe, effective, and high-quality care is delivered to our aged care residents, and their needs are consistently met
• Contribute to clinical risk and medication advisory meetings to ensure best practice care is provided

About you:

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA and experience working as a Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse Managerin residential aged care
