Job summary

Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for Sirius Cove, a 41-bed aged care home in Mosman. You will provide clinical leadership, mentor the multidisciplinary team, and drive accreditation readiness while delivering high-quality resident care.

You will maintain strong relationships with residents and families, address feedback, and promote person-centred, dignity-driven care in a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA and experience as Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse Manager in residential aged care.
• Nurturing, influential leader who mentors staff and reinforces best practice.
• Solid understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and maintaining compliance in clinical practice.
• A calm, composed team player with a positive attitude.
• Committed to person-centred, relationship-based care, respecting dignity and individual preferences of older people.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data collection, review clinical indicators and support continuous improvement initiatives for accreditation compliance.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with residents and their families, address feedback and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Contribute to clinical risk and medication advisory meetings to ensure best practice care.

• Clinical responsibility of our stable and homely 41-bed Sirius Cove aged care home in Mosman
• Provide sound clinical leadership; mentor and support the multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality care

About you:
