Job summary

Thompson Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses to join Hillview House in Woy Woy, NSW on a part‑time or full‑time basis. Roles include providing high‑level clinical care, supervising nursing staff, and mentoring PCW‑DCs.

Sponsorship may be considered for nurses currently working within our Central Coast locations. Shifts cover early, late, and overnight slots, with duties spanning documentation, regulatory compliance and resident well‑being.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years experience as an RN within aged care in Australia (Essential)
• Good understanding of contemporary aged care, clinical practice and clinical leadership in a residential setting
• Excellent clinical assessment and decision‑making skills
• Ability to problem solve, negotiate, mediate and resolve conflict
• Strong communication and leadership to guide a team
• Commitment to customer service and creating a harmonious environment
• Excellent written documentation and assessment skills
• Knowledge of aged care accreditation standards
• Confidence in mentoring and supervising PCW-DCs and nursing staff

Responsibilities

About the Role:

We are seeking a Registered Nurses to join our team on a Part-Time or Full-Time basis!

You will be based at our Hillview House, located at 45 Hillview St Woy Woy NSW 2256.

Available Shifts

• 06:45am - 03:00pm (Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Sunday)
• 02:30pm - 10:30pm (Wednesday and Friday)
• 10:00pm - 07:00am (Tuesday)

Hillview House is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide high level clinical care to meet resident's individual care needs that will help enhance their quality of life. This includes ensuring that our resident care and treatments are documented to meet regulatory requirements, communicating effectively with residents, medical practitioners, allied health professionals and relatives as well as providing leadership and supervision to other nursing staff. This position will suit professional RNs who are flexible and passionate about aged care. Sponsorship opportunities may also be considered for Registered Nurses currently working within our Central Coast locations, subject to eligibility and applicable terms and conditions.

Skills and Experience:
