Job summary

Warrigal Care in New South Wales (Mount Warrigal) is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to lead clinically in aged care for 40 residents. Night shifts Wed, Thu, Sat and Sun, with a focus on high standards and compassionate care.

You will mentor staff, ensure legislative compliance, and contribute to a supportive, growth‑oriented team environment. Onboarding, ongoing mentoring and a flexible, competitive hourly rate are offered, with access to a Fitness Passport program.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrated clinical leadership skills and knowledge.
• Demonstrated 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in aged care.
• Knowledge of legislation that affects aged care services.
• Resourceful, respectful, and passionate, with a love for sharing knowledge and mentoring team members.

• Hourly Rate range: $50.78 - $64.44 dependent on hours ofservice + penalty rates where applicable
• Part-time position | Night Shift only | Week 1 – 24 hours,Week 2 – 16 hours

Must have the ability to workWednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday
