Thompson Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses to join Hillview House in Woy Woy, NSW on a part‑time or full‑time basis. Roles include providing high‑level clinical care, supervising nursing staff, and mentoring PCW‑DCs.

Sponsorship may be considered for nurses currently working within our Central Coast locations. Shifts cover early, late, and overnight slots, with duties spanning documentation, regulatory compliance and resident well‑being.

Formación

• At least 2-3 years experience as an RN within aged care in Australia (Essential)
• Good understanding of contemporary aged care, clinical practice and clinical leadership in a residential setting
• Excellent clinical assessment and decision‑making skills
• Ability to problem solve, negotiate, mediate and resolve conflict
• Strong communication and leadership to guide a team
• Commitment to customer service and creating a harmonious environment
• Excellent written documentation and assessment skills
• Knowledge of aged care accreditation standards
• Confidence in mentoring and supervising PCW-DCs and nursing staff
• Potential for career development within Thompson Health Care

Responsabilidades

• Provide high level clinical care to meet residents’ needs and improve quality of life
• Ensure documentation of care and treatments meets regulatory requirements
• Communicate effectively with residents, medical practitioners, allied health and relatives
• Provide leadership and supervision to other nursing staff
• Support ongoing mentoring and supervision of junior staff and carers
