Job summary

Arcare Aged Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents. You will work within Arcare's values, policies, and clinical standards, delivering comprehensive assessments, care planning and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care, including health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and medication management
• Wound Management: Assess, treat, and manage wounds while preventing infection
• Care Planning: Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to residents’ needs
• Assessment & Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records and document changes using eCase
• Pain Management: Identify and address pain concerns using appropriate strategies
• Emergency Response: Respond effectively to medical emergencies
• End-of-Life Care: Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life support

Hourly Rate Range $49.81 - $54.76 + Super + Shift Penalties (where applicable)
